Little Dog Haus — Returns & Refunds

 We want you and your little one to love your Haus gear. If it isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return or exchange. 

How to start: Email littledoghaus.co@gmail.com with your order number and a note about what's wrong.

We reply within 1–2 business days with instructions. 

Condition: Unused, unwashed, original condition with tags/accessories. Indoor try-on for fit is fine — keep it clean and dry. 

Return shipping: Paid by customer unless wrong/damaged item (then it's on us, send a photo within 30 days). 

Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and check the return. 

Delivery note: Orders arrive in 7–15 business days within the US with tracking by email.
