Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once it has shipped.

Shipping Times We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing are 7–15 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at [your email] and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Little Dog Haus is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!
